Unlike other types of meditation techniques that use the brain to ease our active mind focusing on breath, visualizations or chanting, the Open Heart Meditation is a heart-base practice, centered on the feelings of peace, joy and gratitude that can be naturally experienced within the spiritual heart, our deepest consciousness.



The Open Heart Meditation helps us to reduce our stress level, to cope better emotionally and to feel lighter, joyful and more peaceful in our daily life, allowing the natural healing process to happen much faster.
