Reiki Tummo is an ancient Tibetan technique of energy channeling that combines the energy of Reiki (universal life force energy) and Kundalini (the dormant sacred fire in every human). It empowers the practitioner with the ability to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being and provides an avenue for spiritual growth.

By practicing the techniques taught, the practitioner will feel relaxed, less stressed, happier, healthier, more peaceful and calm. The practitioner will be able to sleep better, channel energy to heal self and others, give protection to self, others and things, meditate better, connect better to the Divine Source for spiritual growth, activate the power of the spiritual heart and feel true peace, calm and peaceful.
